Professional Statement

As a specialist in fostering the connection between mind and body, I believe this synergy is essential for living harmoniously, understanding personal values and purpose, and acting in life in sync with them. My work, rooted in both personal and professional experiences with psychosomatics, focuses on helping individuals become aware of internal psycho-emotional conflicts that manifest physically, guiding them back to health.

My academic background includes a Master in Biology, M1, in ‘Life Sciences and Health’ from Paris-Saclay University, certifications in Sophrology, Neurophysiology, Philosophy of Meditation (International Yoga Association), and Satori Healing. This diverse education reflects the diverse approaches I employ in my work with clients.

Before my counseling career, I conducted research in space plasma physics at the Laboratory of Plasma Physics, Ecole Polytechnique, Paris, France. This followed my studies in Physics at St. Petersburg State University, Russia, and a Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Graz, Austria. This scientific background supports my ongoing research in neuroscience and physiology, exploring the internal mechanisms of the techniques I use and their effects on health.

What Should a New Client Know About Working With You?

My journey through parenting three children and nurturing long-term relationships complements my professional expertise in relationship therapy. This blend of experiences empowers me to assist clients in forging deep, harmonious connections with partners, children, and parents. I aim to move individuals from unnecessary conflicts towards mutual enjoyment and co-creation with their loved ones.

Additionally, my work with victims of war and violence equips me to support those dealing with the loss of a loved one, clinical depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Over three years of counseling, I have developed a rich toolkit of effective approaches, creating a unified method for quick and precise subconscious work. This method reinstates the interaction between mental, emotional, and bodily states, alleviating suffering and inspiring proactive engagement with the world and society in alignment with personal aspirations and community.

What is Your Typical Process for Working with Clients?

My practice integrates classic psychology and advanced techniques such as Integral Neuro Programming, Recall Healing (G. Renaud), and Satori Healing (E. Guskova), alongside sophrology and meditative practices. These methods are tailored to each individual’s needs, aiming to relax the body, reprogram states, and enhance overall awareness.

In my therapy sessions, I guide clients through immersive visualizations of their psycho-emotional landscapes, pinpointing the roots of their fears and beliefs. This tailored approach not only addresses the heart of the pain but also facilitates a path to liberation. Shedding these burdens transforms our worldview, alleviates past sufferings, and reconnects us with the vibrancy of life in all its forms.
