Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If this occurs, please contact us using the form on this page.

To ensure we can provide timely services to all our patients, we kindly request your cooperation with the following policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to allocate your reserved time to another patient in need of our services.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a fee of $75, intended to partially cover the reserved time and resources.

  • No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any prior notification, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. We understand that certain situations may prevent you from informing us in advance. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the circumstances.

Fee Waiver for Emergencies: If you are unable to meet the 24-hour notice requirement due to a genuine emergency, such as a serious illness or a family emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. We are here to help and can discuss waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.

Respect and Understanding: This policy is in place to ensure that we can offer timely psychological support to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
